Warranty Information

In a period of 5 years, starting from the date of delivery. World Growing warrants that all LED grow lighting products
provided will be new and in the best functioning condition.

If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will replace it with the new one as described below details.

1. In the first 1 year of the warranty period, if products are proved to be defective, World Growing will compensate new
accessories or products to customers for free, customers need to pay the delivery cost and repair fees.
2. In the last 4 years of the warranty period, if products are proved to be defective, World Growing will compensate new
accessories to customers, customers need to pay the delivery cost and repair fees.

3. Starting from the date of delivery for a period of 90 days, all LED grow lighting products (Products) will not be less than 15% below light output specifications (initial values tested at 230V before the delivery) based on the total photon flux (µmol/s of 280-800nm radiation output). Furthermore, if the Product is found, by a certified independent third party integrating sphere measurement to be less than 15% below Product specifications (initial values tested at 230V before the delivery), World Growing will either replace, refund, or add additional lighting (to make up for the light output deficit) at no charge.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
*Any product not manufactured by or distributed by World Growing;
*Damage due to improper use;
*Damage due to improper use in violation of the instruction manuals.
*Damage caused by the unauthorized attachment or modification to the Product;
*Damage of parts due to high temperature or high/low voltage which is beyond the working limit of the performance of the products
*Damage caused by a natural disaster such as fire, flood, etc

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:
In no event, World Growing is not liable for
*Any special, incidental, or consequential damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort, or any other legal theories.
*Damages that for any indirect loss, like profit loss,
expenditure loss, or other special incidental loss due to the quality or other reasons; downtime; the claims of third parties, including customers; or the injury to property.
*The limit of compensation shall not exceed the product's marketing price when there's a loss claim caused by world growing product quality during the warranty period.

World Growing reserves the right of final explanation for this warranty.
