RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@worldgrowing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges when returning any product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation. Please allow 7 business days to see a refund on your PayPal Account.

International shipments: Once we ship out your goods and offer you the tracking NO, but you fail to communicate with the shipping company to do Customs Clearance and receive the goods when it arrives in your country, the shipping company will destroy your package and you won't get the refunded from us. And we won't take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.
